Jason Line in Pro Stock and Andrew Hines in Pro Stock Motorcycle used strong performances at the Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Southern Nationals to take oevr the points leads in their respective classes at the sixth event of the 2008 NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series season. Tony Schumacher (Top Fuel) and Ashley Force (Funny Car) maintained their pre-event leads.
